So to evangelise is to bring someone face to face with the truth of the gospel to bring him or her to make a decision,
It is to proclaim the good news; its purpose is to win people to Christ
Its content is the person and redemptive work of Christ.

1.THE POWER OF LOVE IN EVANGELISM

People say that LOVE is like a fire in the burning bush. Love can make one to do things that are risky. When a person loves another he/she can walk even in the dark to go and see a lover on the other side

It is this love that constrains us to serve God even when there is danger and suffering in one's life, why are you involved in church ministry? Remember if you do not have love for the God and people you will run away from ministry because ministry to God and people costs you life even other things in life.

1. LOVE IS AN ATTITUDE.
An attitude is a position, bearing, or outlook that a person takes which show his feeling or mood. Our opinion or feel about a person is reflected in our attitude toward him.
You can love, fear, hate, become indefferent, be concerned, and befriend or do many other things to a person depending on your attitude towards that person.

Anyone's success or failure in life depends on a large degree on his/her attitude and motive. This is true with evangelism our attitude can attract people towards God or drive them away love attracts. Jesus loved people such that many were attracted to God. Sincere love is more important in winning people to Christ than how well we can preach, teach, or testify. It speaks more forcefully and persuasively than any word we might say.
Love is a revealed attitude that is essential to effective evangelism. The deeper our love for God and for people, the more dynamic we will be in evangelism campaign.
OUR ATTITUDE TOWARDS GOD. It is important that we have the right attitude toward God if we are to be partners with him in evangelism. Many ministers have missed the heart of the gospel because their service to God is only out of fear or in a sense of Christian duty.

11.THE WORK OF THE HOLY SPIRIT IN EVANGELISM

The greatest power on earth is in the church, but there is a temptation to move without its power, there is a temptation to go without the power, using experience rather than revelation

. He has inspired men to write down God's message. Our main responsibility in evangelism is to give people God's message and help them hear his voice and obey it. The Holy Spirit works through the word to transform lives, making saints out of sinners.

Without the Holy Spirit enablement we can do nothing to turn the world to Christ
It was because of the anointing that was upon him that helped him to do mighty things

The word evangelism comes from a Greek word evaggelidzo, which means " IBRING GOOD NEWS” THE GOSPEL MEANS GOOD NEWS.
To evangelise is to tell people the good news that Jesus Christ the son of the living God will save them from their sins and give them eternal life
